Egregore
Towards shared minds: a team’s everyday work, turned into memory that compounds.
Egregore is infrastructure for collective intelligence, made for teams that work with AI agents such as Claude Code. Every working session leaves a trace, and the traces compound into institutional knowledge that any teammate, human or AI, can draw on when they next sit down to work.
A handoff in Egregore carries the reasoning that produced the work along with its status, so whoever picks it up inherits the why as well as the what. The practice behind it is called context gardening: knowledge is tended so that it grows, connects and compounds, instead of sitting in storage.
Egregore is open source. It is built by Egregore Labs, where Cem works. Its sibling project, Agrigore, sits beside it in this constellation.
